It's been a while since the last update so there's a ton of good information to pass along.

Remember how the last time I wrote in I told you about all of the great weather we were having?  Well, that went away.  It's been non stop rain here, along with our share of snow as well.  It's been like nothing I've seen here before.  Usually there's a storm, then a few days of sunshine, then a few days of rain again.  However, there's have been no breaks in the weather.

We just finished our fourth month of construction.  This week will provide a lot of changes to the exterior of the project.  We have the cement work being completed along with the parking area being paved with asphalt.  The carports also have been shipped and will arrive this week as well.

It's been three weeks since we broke ground on Monaco Condominiums.  The construction pace has been fast and furious!  We have selected the best people and it is showing with the high quality and speed in which they work.  So far, this is what we have completed.
