Floor Plans

There are three different floor plans ranging from 924-965 square feet. Units 1-8 are 2/1.5 town home style Units 9-24 are 2/1 town home style with the exception of units 13-16. Units 13-16 are 2/2 single story (two upper and two lower units).

 1. Community Pool

Anyone who has been in Redding knows how hot it can be. Cool off with the newly refurbished and expanded pool area. All new lounging equipment will be available.

2. Community Park Like Gathering Area

The existing driveway between C Street and Saginaw will be removed to create a new park like setting for gathering, mingling, and playing.

09. Add appropriate lounging chairs in the pool area
10. Remove driveway between C-Street and Saginaw and develop into a common pedestrian plaza area
11. Add french doors to access the new backyards
12. Install one additional community washer and dryer
13. Remove and replace current overhangs over entry doors
14. Replace exterior doors as needed.
15. New exterior paint
16. New decorative architectural gables extending from under the roof
17. Fix any miscellaneous items found in the property condition report
18. New individual water lines
19. Install individual whole house instant hot water heaters
20. New HVAC units if existing units are over 12 years old
21. New property signage
