A new reality show, produced by Home Alone Producer, Scott Rosenfelt, is being created that is following the progress of this condo conversion. There are a lot of key elements that make this project worth while. It is being done by a first time developer, who is a woman with no condo conversion experience, working in a man’s world, while balancing being a mom and wife. The struggles that will happen with the tenants, the errors that will be made while doing construction, and exactly how much money will she make? Most people don’t understand all of the issues and items that have to be balanced with a project of this size. We didn’t even know if the city was going to approve the project.
