I credit best selling author, Robert Kiyosaki for forever changing my thinking about money, finances, and my future. It's like I was living with a financial blindfold on, and it finally was removed.

Several people have seen the success I've had in real estate and ask me for advice. The first thing I ask them is "Have you read Rich Dad Poor Dad?". They usually answer no. Then I promptly reply, "You must do that first!".

I had the opportunity to "meet" (really just a quick picture) Robert Kiyosaki, at the Learning Annex in San Francisco. I felt bad I didn't get to express my gratitude for what he has done for my family and me (maybe in the future, maybe he'll see this).

Although I usually recommend people to go to the library for their books, Rich Dad Poor Dad is worth shelling out the money for.
